Borned in Montego Bay St. James in 1977. At a early age I started baking with my grandma. She Inspired me and supported me regardless of our challenges. Over the years I got involved in culinary of Jamaican competition and won over 4 medals. One of which is Pastry Chef of the Year. I continued improving my skills and knowledge by enrolling in pastry classes and have read a number of pastry books. I then got involved in the hotel industry in 1994, and in 1998 I become a supervisor and in the year 2000, I was assistant pastry chef and then pastry chef.
